About Succinylation |
| Lysine succinylation is an emerging protein post-translational modification, which plays an important role to regulate the cellular processes in both of eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells. In succinylation process, succinyl group is transferred from succinyl-CoA to the specific ε-amino group of lysine residue in the target protein. |
